David Matsubara

David Matsubara’s more than 10 years of experience is focused on river engineering and hydraulic analysis, floodplain management including inspection and evaluation of flood and bank protection works.  He has designed and implemented aquatic habitat enhancement works, slope stabilization works, and bioengineering treatments.  As part of his Masters degree, he studied river modelling, mountain risk engineering, aquatic habitat, and bioengineering in Vienna, Austria.
