Dwayne Meredith

Dwayne Meredith has 19 years of experience in watershed management and emergency management.  He works effectively with all levels of government, First Nations and industry and the public.  Dwayne previously worked with Emergency Management BC where he delivered an integrated flood protection strategy and managed natural hazards mitigation across British Columbia through the Strategic Mitigation Program. Prior to EMBC, Dwayne was Manager of Operations at the Provincial Emergency Program (PEP) and a Land and Water Officer with the Province.  Dwayne has significant experience in dam safety, water allocation, drought planning, water licensing, small hydro regulatory approvals, financial management and public engagement.
