Jason Vine has an M.A.Sc. degree and over nine years of engineering experience in many areas of hydraulics, sewer modelling, operations and flow monitoring, as well as liquid waste planning. Mr. Vine has developed flow monitoring strategies for many of the Lower Mainland’s municipalities and has been involved in development of many sanitary sewer models. He now specializes in merging cutting edge technology with traditional civil engineering applications. The result is KWL Emerald, our powerful, online web-accessible data collection and engineering analysis system.
