Experience
Jeff brings 13 years of consulting experience in stormwater and water resources engineering. His expertise includes stormwater management planning and design, green infrastructure, flood risk assessment, flood mitigation and protection, Inflow and Infiltration analysis, combined sewer infrastructure planning, and climate change analysis. Jeff is highly skilled in hydrologic and hydraulic modelling with SWMM, HEC-RAS, and MIKE based software and has published and presented modelling papers for innovative modelling studies. Jeff also has a strong knowledge in green infrastructure design and maintenance, including completing his master’s thesis in the field of low impact development. Since joining KWL, Jeff has worked on several large-scale flood risk, water allocation, stormwater & river modelling, and sewer infrastructure planning projects in BC.
