Jeff Barker is a Senior Project Manager and Energy Specialist at Kerr Wood Leidal Associates (KWL), joining the firm in 2008 after an extensive career at BC Hydro.  At BC Hydro, Jeff led Green Energy Calls for Power, long-term Energy Plans, Strategic Planning, and the development and construction of numerous high-voltage power lines.  At KWL, he has carried out energy and strategic planning for various industrial, First Nations and government clients.  His comprehensive experience extends to leading alternative energy, climate change, and sustainability strategies.

Jeff’s role involves advising on energy policy and engaging in strategic business planning.  His deep expertise and broad vision underscore KWL’s commitment to innovative and sustainable energy solutions, making him a key asset to the organization.
