Mark’s extensive experience in hydrometric gauging, inflow & infiltration, flow monitoring, and flood & climate monitoring has made him a highly sought-after consultant. He has played an integral role in many high-profile projects, including leading multiple new reservoirs projects in the North Okanagan, subdivisions, spillway upgrades and designing the Fortune Creek Disinfection Facility for the City of Armstrong.
