Mike Nolan

Mike Nolan is a senior municipal services and water resources engineer with over 25 years of experience in municipal infrastructure, land development, municipal and agricultural water system planning, demand side management, water quality and treatment.  Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Water Resource Engineering, a degree in Civil Engineering and Diploma in Mechanical Technology.  In the field of water resources, Mike has experience in river and open channel engineering, hydraulic control facilities, environmental enhancement and bio-engineering.  He has had direct-responsible-charge of large to small utilities in municipal and regional district settings.  Mike’s strengths lie in his broad knowledge of municipal engineering, vision, and as a consensus-builder and facilitator.

He is a Past-President of the BC Water and Waste Association, and has recently been BC’s Director on the Board of the American Water Works Association.
