David Lumb

David Lumb is a senior process engineer and project manager with over 25 years of engineering experience.  Mr. Lumb specializes in wastewater treatment and pumping systems for industrial and municipal clients, and also provides expertise in environmental protection and regulatory compliance.  He has managed and designed wastewater treatment projects from initial feasibility assessments and conceptual design through to construction, start-up and operation.
